Unlike standard temporary labor, we specialize in placing individuals who are eager to gain the professional experience necessary to advance their careers, ensuring our clients receive highly motivated and committed talent for the duration of their assignment.
  • Specialized Placement: This offering provides personnel solutions designed for the specific needs of a particular industry, including but not limited to: Healthcare, Hospitality, and Administrative Services.

Pre-Employment Screening and Eligibility Verification: This service handles all mandatory pre-hire checks, domestic verifications, and required Form I-9. To provide a complete compliance solution, it includes Fingerprinting and Biometric Identity Verification, offering both a professional electronic Live Scan network and Onsite Mobile Services. Also included is Foreign Credential and Work History Verification—a key component of our New American and Immigrant Services—to ensure the fair recognition of international qualifications, validating the candidate for placement and the hire for the employer.

Following the completion of pre-hire background checks, the next stage of our onboarding process is the Occupational Health Screening. This service facilitates on-site clinical assessments, including required physicals and Workplace Substance Abuse Testing. By bringing these clinical services directly to the site, we ensure the immediate verification of medical eligibility. This allows candidates to be physically cleared to begin their assignments without the logistical delays often associated with off-site testing facilities.

Pre-Hire Candidate Skills Mapping: To ensure our Higher Standard of Hire™, we utilize assessments to determine if a candidate has the technical ability to do the job and the personal integrity to keep it before a hiring decision is made. This assessment allows us to verify a candidate’s readiness across the following core areas:

  • Cognitive and Knowledge: Evaluates situational problem-solving and mental agility for job-specific tasks.
  • Applied Numeracy and Literacy: Verifies the ability to master the specific measurements, blueprints, and documentation required for the role.
  • Personal Integrity: Determines the candidate’s work ethics, reliability, and professional conduct.

This assessment directly identifies any specific skill gaps that must be addressed through targeted Bridge Training during the onboarding stage.

A Better Process: Day-One Ready Onboarding™: This critical stage of our service solidifies the Higher Standard of Hire™ commitment by focusing our attention on transitioning a candidate from someone with identified potential into a productive member of the team from the moment they first clock in. 

Customized Orientation: Based on the results of the Pre-Hire Candidate Skills Mapping, we assign each hire to a specific orientation trajectory. Those new to the industry focus on Professional Workplace Standards and Conduct (including Self-Management, Work Ethics, and Accountability), while those with prior experience demonstrate role-specific proficiency using a validated industry framework.

Targeted Bridge Training: This process is the direct result of the Pre-Hire Candidate Skills Mapping. When the assessment identifies that a motivated candidate excels in most areas but lacks the required proficiency in one, this training is deployed to bridge that specific gap. Categories for this training include:

  • Workforce Readiness: Immersive training in Computer and Technology Literacy and Workplace Skills: Communication to ensure seamless integration into the client’s work environment and technology systems.
  • Language and Communication Support: To bridge immediate communication gaps, on-site specialists and interpreters can be assigned to your location upon request to assist both the candidate and the employer with the onboarding process and document support.

INCLUSIVE provides a structured approach to workforce stability that extends the value of the Higher Standard of Hire™️ beyond the initial placement. This professional resource enables clients to protect their employee investment by improving the workplace effectiveness and long-term retention of their entire staff.

  • Performance Assessments: We utilize validated career assessments to evaluate the current performance of an employee and identify their existing strengths and specific areas where improvement is needed. By using this industry-validated diagnostic platform, we can pinpoint exact skill gaps—including Technical, Personal, and Workplace competencies—regardless of the industry or role.
  • Applied Skills Refinement: Following the assessment, we generate Personalized Learning Paths for each employee via a professional curriculum, delivered through a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS). We then utilize a hands-on approach to manage these paths, ensuring that training is focused on refining the specific identified elements for development. This maximizes the return on the employee investment by closing those identified gaps and leads to a professional career credential.
  • English Language Acquisition (ELA)**: Following the initial language support provided during orientation, we deliver the formal instruction needed to improve English comprehension for long-term on-the-job productivity.

    • Human Resources (HR) Compliance Assistance: INCLUSIVE conducts a workshop designed to improve employee performance while establishing the company’s legal and operational infrastructure. This training provides focused development for both staff and management, allowing employees to earn industry-standard certifications in professional excellence while leadership establishes a legally-vetted, state-specific operational framework.
    • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA): We facilitate workshops specifically for individuals to acquire their official safety cards. We assist employers with the pre-employment process to ensure New American and Immigrant hires have the necessary documentation to successfully begin work, often including necessary documentation for work authorization, visa applications, or community legal processes.
  • Interpreting and Language Support: We provide accurate and culturally sensitive real-time language conversion services to ensure Limited English Proficiency (LEP) individuals have meaningful participation and access to justice.
